Start-up of new offices in Palencia

The new offices of the Raesa headquarters in Palencia are operatives.

Up to 1.500 m2 of new offices have been built, highlighting by its innovative design and its excelent conditions of light and space.

We would like to enphasize the extense use of aluminum in the construction and design elements of the new offices

ISO 9001-2000 Standard in Argentina

Raesa Argentina has obtained the ISO 9001-2000 standard for the design, manufacturing and distribution of irrigation systems material, and the manufacturing and distribution of aluminium extruded profiles.

Collaboration agreement between RAESA and IANSAGRO.

A collaboration agreement between RAESA and IANSAGRO has been signed for the delivery of irrigation equipment to the producers of sugar beans in Chile.

Agreement with Iberdrola to adquire green energy

Raesa has signed Iberdrola the largest agreement for green energy in Castilla y Leon, for an annual volume of 5 milions kilowatts hour (kWh). Green energy comes from renewable sources.
With this agreement Raesa confirmes its interest with the environmental conservation and the sustainable development.

Construction of the new offices have started.

Raesa has started the construction of the new offices in the headquarters of the company in Palencia (Spain).

ISO 9001:2000 renewal and extension

RAESA has gained the renewal of the very demanding ISO 9001:2000 standard for the manufacturing of sprinkling irrigation material for the Palencia factory. We have also reached the same quality standard for the aluminum profiles manufacturing in Palencia and in the commercial offices in Barcelona.

New facilities

The new enlargement of our facilities that started last year, has ended, reaching now a 22.000 m2 building area.

Get going of RAESA Mexico S.A de C.V.

After the new constitution of the RAESAMEXICO society, we have started the running of the new facility in the city of Santiago de Querétaro (México), with the goal of bringing the best service to our clients, particularly those in the Center and North of America.

Operative starting of SAP R/3

From the year 2002, RAESA has started to work with SAP R/3 management system, which takes care of all the different functional areas of the company, from logistic and account to production and cost. This new implement should allow us to reach a higher level of satisfaction of all our clients, increasing our efficiency and agility to answer.

Installations enlargement

We have started the enlargement works in our factory of Fuentes de Valdepero, that will allow space fo new machines and warehouse.
When finished, RAESA will have 3.840 m2 more of installations.

International Expansion

All the isntallations, machines and equipment of RAESA ARGENTINA S.A. (including the 2.000 Tn extrusion press and 8'' billets), are fully operative, with the purpose of giving more service and competitiveness to all of our American Customers.

Fourth extrusion press fully operative

Our 4th extrusion press(2.200 tn. power and 8'' billet) is fully operative.
With this new press we have increased our production capacity to 20.000 tonnes of extruded aluminium per year.
