| -Use of the last manufacturing technology, which allows getting the highest quality in the extruded profiles: |
|
- Selection of different billet lengths, to adapt to the extrusion difficulties of each profile.
- Quick change of tools, which allows flexible cycles of production.
- Temperature control of the aluminium in the way out of the press, which allows guaranteeing the best behaviour of the material and the lack of overheating defects.
- Possibility to vary the cooling speeds in the way outs of the press, which allows getting the different specification for the alloys with structural hardening treatments.

- Optimum heating speeds of the billets, especially for the 6xxx series alloys, which affects in a decisive way in the material properties.
- Conical heating of the material before the extrusion, which allows keeping the same characteristics of the profile from the beginning to the end of the extrusion.
- "Burp" cycle of degasification to avoid occluded gases in the material.
- Experience in the manufacturing of special alloys (1070, 6082, 7003,...)
|
|
| -Seasoning treatments designed for each type of alloy and with the most demanding conditions for manufacturing : |
|
- Time and temperature controls.
- Grouping of sets according to the profiles, alloys and treatments.
- Use of padded splitters for optimum distribution of the hot air flow through the profiles and for avoiding frictions between the profiles.
- Specific treatments according to the use of the profiles and the customer requirements (you can consult the different treatments here)

-Control and analysis in the reception of all the tappings used in our manufacturing processes, with higher demands than the standards for the composition of the different aluminium alloys.
-Periodic controls in our quality laboratories, in collaboration with external laboratories for analysing the structure and chemical composition of the aluminium billet. -Equivalent reports of samples in the case of high precision profile projects (thousandth of milimeters). |

-High quality in the finished profiles, thanks to:
- Movements of the profiles without height changes and fully automatic processes of gagging, cutting and stacking.
- There is no manipulation of the profiles by the worker, with lack of defects by knocks.
- There is no contact between the profiles, so there is no chance of scratching.
- Possibility to pack the profiles individually and even with microholed plastic.
- Packaging according to the specification of each customer, allowing these options: cardboard, wood, metallic containers, returnable container, etc.
